I actually bought this as a gift for a friend so my information is second-hand...that said, she loves it! Great sound quality. The carry case it a bit awkward though (then again, we don't mind throwing around a $60 piece...$250 on the other hand should deserve a bit more care...)

My husband bought this for me for Christmas and I love it. the sound quality is in a class by itself. The comfort and ability to size it to any ears is what makes this headset truly outstanding. Most of them you have to really force a "one size fits all" fit your head and they did not feel secure at all.
The people that I am talking to aren't constantly asking "what???" and I'm able to hear people clearly even when I'm outside.
I love the way the charger base doubles as a case because I can throw the whole thing in my purse and not worry about it getting lost or crushed. This is a BIG advantage in my mind.
My only "ding" is that the charger is unlike any other -- the jack is particularly small -- so if you lose that, you are stuck. I have searched high and low for a replacement (I usually like to have at least 2 so I can charge at work and at home) but it seems like the only way I'm going to be able to have a "spare charger", then I'm going to have to buy an additional headset.
If anyone knows a source for a replacement charger, please let me know!
Other than that -- if you are more organized than I am and not in the habit of losing little things like chargers -- I would highly recommend this headset.

PROS:
1.Works with iphone 4 with iOS 4. Others have expressed concerns about its compatibility with iPhone 4....no issues in paring with iPhone 4. Took just less than a minute, just need to follow instruction
2.Sound quality is good, not great.
3. Volume is excellent
4. Can answer calls on iPhone 4 right off the headset as is the volume control
5. The person on the other end felt the speech quality was good, not great.
6. Cool form factor
7. Great case/charger unit, don't loose it
8. Have not been able to assess battery life, B&O support felt that the battery life is reduced with iPhone by 40%-50%..not sure about this, will test and update
CONS:
1. Very Expensive, can get other headsets for most for 50% less money
2. Can't charge any other way expect for using provided charge/case and power outlet
3. Lower battery life as per tech support, untested
4. One ear only
SUMMARY
Expensive, iOS 4 Compatible including iPhone 4. Will test and post compatibility with ipad 2. Comfortable, decent speech quality.
